Great product, great service, one improvement suggestion,

Our son has had some serious trouble with
wetting the bed. He's now 5 1/2 and still wears diapers to bed. The
DryBuddy alarm has been helping him to get up in the middle of the night
as he hears it go off and feels the vibration.
The only con is that when he gets up to go, he turns the alarm off and won't turn it back on. Maybe in a future iteration of the product, there could be a key or code or something where only parents/guardians/babysitters would be able to turn off the alarm so that when the child goes to the bathroom. they just clean or dry off the probe and go back to sleep. Then if they had to go again (as my son does) before they wake up for the day, it would still work to wake them up.
Overall, I like this product and the customer service we have received is awesome! We somehow lost the clip after a couple uses. We contacted customer service and they were very kind and accommodating.
